**COMMENTING**
Hi guys, I've have been having a big issue with spammers on this site so I have to add the static phrase element to all comments. With the commenting system on this system, you may need to click on the "Post Comment" button, rather than pressing enter on the keyboard. I hope this doesn't hinder the comments, I appreciate them all! Thank you!

06/15/2007: "White Chocolate Ganache Cake"

My coworker and I decided to head out to Sam's Club today for lunch and let me tell you, never go shopping on an empty stomach. Today's little splurge just proved my point right? So what did we do? We brought back dessert for the office! My coworker brought back some custard pie, and I brought back a beautiful little white chocolate ganache cake! I couldn't believe Sam's Club had such a beautiful cake (I'm very used Costco). Well, I should stop the talking and start the salivating!

Top of the pretty pretty cake...

Is that fondant?

A shot of the cake and pie! Not a big fan of custard pie, but am a big fan of chinese custard tarts!

More pictures of the cake, pre-digestion!

It's a pity we had to cut into it...it tasted great by the way! Although the icing on top was a bit much, the actual cake and filling was perfect!

Sorry for the blurry picture...and not only that...sorry for the horrible cut! Not the best knife and well, I'm not the best cake slicer. But you get the idea right? =)
