**COMMENTING**
Hi guys, I've have been having a big issue with spammers on this site so I have to add the static phrase element to all comments. With the commenting system on this system, you may need to click on the "Post Comment" button, rather than pressing enter on the keyboard. I hope this doesn't hinder the comments, I appreciate them all! Thank you!

09/30/2007: "Shiro's Saimin Haven"

A quick post before the week starts. I apologize for the lack of updates, I have the pictures ready to go but I have been quite busy with work lately. I have some pretty good posts coming up so I hope that you guys stick around! smile Anyway, here is a really short update...just a few pictures from my visit to Shiro's Saimin Haven.

Haole Saimin. Apparently if you throw in a huge jumbo hot dog, it becomes a haole saimin. Don't ask me why.

Teriyaki burger with mac salad. Well, less the mac...and replace it with spaghetti. It was all pretty good.

Their fries with gravy. I love crinkle fries! I used to love them with the school lunches, but it's a pity not more places serve this! Crinkle fries and tater tots is what the world needs more of.

All in all, this place was pretty good. The food was reasonable and tasty, the service was pretty fast too! I can't say that I absolutely loved the saimin because I'm not itching to go back anytime soon. Here's a tip, they (basically)only take cash. If you want to use your debit, they charge you about 75 cents per transaction? If you are an ASB customer, there is a machine right outside...so I suggest you grab some cash before coming to this restaurant.
