10/21/2007: "Pho Bac"
I apologize for the lack of posts this past week! Work has kept me quite busy, but our event has come and gone as of Thursday...so I feel nothing but relief now! I still have so many posts to put up and many pictures to edit...all good stuff!
Well, a few weeks back, I had a craving for pho and headed down to Chinatown for my fill. Locals of Oahu know that Chinatown holds the best tasting and cheapest pho in town! Along River Street, I can count off at least four that exist. One of them always has a long line, which I don't quite fall for. I did try that place once, and I didn't think it was that special. Sure it's cheap, sure they give good portions...but I believe they all do! I'm not willing to wait 20 minutes in line when there are other perfectly good shops right next door. Well anyway, here is a quick post on the shop I did try!
