07/13/2008: "Milagros Restaurant - Tempe, Arizona"
Been having a bit of a lull in the food blogging experience, but hopefully I am back and fully refreshed! I'll be posting some great stuff from my trip to Arizona back in April which will start today! I also hope to switch my blog over to wordpress but I'm not sure I can import greymatter easily over...so I may have to do it manually!
Anyway, on this particular trip, I stayed at the Fiesta Inn Resort and this restaurant is located in the hotel! Check it out...

Cobb Salad
This salad was huge! I mean everything they serve are pretty good sized portions...but yes, very big! I couldn't finish even half of it. This is the first time I tried a cobb salad and I must say, I'm not a big fan of such hard bacon.
Tortilla Soup
Delicious! I have never tried this type of soup before but I am now definitely a fan!
Pasta Primavera with Shrimp

This was definitely my least favorite dish out of my whole stay. It was very bland and I feel like they just squeezed an entire lemon so it was very sour. Definitely not recommended.
Eggs Benedict with home fries and fresh fruit

Look at that wonderful raw yolk, I love eggs like this. Milagros also offered us free breakfast for each day's stay. It was your basic run of the mill breakfast buffet spread, I missed my portuguese sausage for sure...Milagros Restaurant
